Coronavirus UPDATE Contingency Planning

Dear Customer,

At Tire Penz, our key concerns are to protect our staff from the spread of this virus, whilst supporting our customers’ needs.   We’ve been experiencing significantly increased demand for some of our product lines. With all of this in mind, we have implemented the following:

•    At present we are operating with an overall reduction in staffing levels, as well as some team members working remotely.

•    Our ONLINE UK and International orders received before 9am will be despatched by Royal Mail small parcels the same working day (Monday to Friday). Any Orders received after 9am will be despatched the next working day (Monday to Friday)

All DPD orders placed before 1pm will also be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. This excludes Saturday Delivery.

Royal Mail Collect All Orders from our premises at 10am daily. All parcels are sealed in a Royal Mail Bag and left for them to collect without the need to enter our building which is Safe Practice at this time.

•    We’re working urgently to bring in additional supply of high demand products such as Hand Sanitisers which are available on our sister website www.customproduct.co.uk but please appreciate Raw Materials are scarce and very expensive at the moment whilst we try and supply due to the demand.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to resuming normal service as quickly as possible.
