RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us via email or call 01538 369238 Monday through to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.
You will be responsible for returning the product to the designated location and there will be a 25% restocking fee. The amount of the credit may be further reduced depending on the condition of the merchandise.
